To schedule your initial appointment, you can register at Ivim Health and schedule an appointment in advance, opt for a rapid visit, or enter the live waiting room to meet with the first available provider (waiting room entry is not available in all states).
For existing patients needing a refill, login and go to My Account, then select "Follow up Visit or Refill," which takes you to a form where you'll have the choice of:
1. Expedited refill: No visit with a provider is required, and any follow up questions will occur via text message or phone call
2. Schedule a video visit to speak with a provider at a later date
3. Join the waiting room to see the first available provider
After scheduling, you will receive a notification by email confirming your appointment. Prior to your appointment, you will receive several reminders with a link to your video visit. At the time of your appointment, select this link to be taken to the waiting room. Here, your provider will pull you into a video visit to complete your initial consult.
