If you're enrolled in the GLP-1 ID program, you’ll have access to optional weekly health questionnaires to help guide your treatment safely and effectively. Each week, you’ll have the option to complete a short questionnaire about your progress, side effects, and how you’re feeling on your current dose. It only takes a few minutes and can be submitted through your “My Account” page or the Ivim Health app.
Your responses are reviewed by a dedicated Ivim provider—typically within 2 business hours. Based on your answers, you’ll receive a recommended dosing adjustment for your program.
There is no harm if you miss a weekly questionnaire. Weekly questionnaires also will not interfere with your refill notifications, you will continue to receive automated messages when it is time to meet with a provider or place your next order for medication.
